Our Trackers play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that trucks reach their destinations safely. They monitor vehicle locations using GPS, track fleet movements, and verify that trucks are being used appropriately. Trackers are also key in recovering stolen vehicles. Do you have what it takes to be a Tracker?

1. Essential Skills:

  • Clear communication for precise and transparent information exchange.
  • Computer literacy to operate and manage online tracking systems effectively.
  • Strong administrative skills for accuracy and efficiency in processes.
  • Problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles and maintain progress.

2. Qualifications:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field and/or equivalent vocational experience in Transport/Logistics support.
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
  • IT literacy.

3. Overall Purpose:

Work as part of the tracking call center team, serving as a vehicle tracking operator.

4. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record truck locations and statuses.
  • Report any issues that hinder the efficient transit of Alistair Group cargo to operations and support staff.
