Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, attract new guests, and grow the lodge’s market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with travel agencies, and increasing bookings for both local and international tourists.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the lodge’s customer base.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility
Work closely with the reservations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Represent Kinga Lodge at trade shows, tourism expos, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or tourism industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and drive sales targets
Knowledge of safari lodges, tourism trends, and the luxury travel market is an added advantage.
