Job Summary
NBC Bank is looking for an experienced Head of Learning, Leadership, and Talent to provide strategic leadership in talent management, learning culture, and leadership development to align with the bank’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management (40%)
- Align talent strategy with business goals to ensure a competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain talent market maps and diverse talent pools.
- Lead talent assessment, program design, and recruitment strategies.
- Provide training to HR and leadership teams on future workplace trends.
Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (10%)
- Develop and implement strategies to position NBC as an employer of choice.
- Monitor candidate experience during onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals are met.
Learning & Leadership Development (40%)
- Guide the organization in Future of Work discussions.
- Implement leadership and learning programs.
- Work with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to align learning and development with business needs.
- Manage external networks to attract top talent.
- Use data analytics to define ROI on development programs.
Risk & Control Objectives (10%)
- Ensure compliance with talent, learning, and leadership governance policies.
- Provide guidance on HR risk management and people leadership standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree, Coaching Certification, and Training in Facilitation.
Experience
- At least 5 years in a senior talent, learning, or leadership role.
- Experience in a multinational organization is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, leadership development, and talent strategies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Expertise in talent management, leadership, and learning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of digital learning technologies.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
