Job Summary

AB InBev is seeking a Brewery Controller to ensure financial excellence at the brewery, implement stringent controls, and enhance cost accounting reliability. The role involves financial oversight, compliance enforcement, tax reporting, and operational efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plant closing cycles, ensuring accuracy in transfer pricing, asset booking, and cost reporting.
• Manage plant inventory and capital expenditure, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal policies.
• Act as the first line of defense for internal controls, monitoring process adherence.
• Handle internal and external tax reporting, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities.
• Support financial planning by providing cost analysis, variance tracking, and forecast inputs.
• Ensure compliance with inventory management and stock count procedures.
• Manage co-products, returnable packaging, excise validation, and invoicing accuracy.
• Lead process improvements, root cause analysis, and financial reconciliations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or CA.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industry setting.
• Knowledge of SAP/Syspro, Business Warehouse, and Anaplan is a plus.
• Experience in financial controlling, especially in site manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
