About the Role

We are looking for a BI Analyst – Insights & Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in business intelligence solutions, data analytics, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams to understand, gather, and docu‏ment user/business requirements and technical specifications.
• Review ongoing and proposed projects/solutions to identify opportunities for re-use and process improvement.
• Integrate data effectively and efficiently, ensuring a high degree of data accuracy.
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions for business teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Power BI solutions.
• Document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design by producing ad hoc reports and complex data queries.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by users, support problem resolution, consult, and advise in solution design and tuning.

Competences

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of programming in T-SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, etc.
• Solid knowledge of DBMS (both relational and non-relational). SQL Server, Oracle DB, and open-source DBs are highly recommended.
• Data warehousing architecture and implementations (e.g., ETL solutions).
• Understanding of Big Data and Data Engineering.
