Nafasi za kazi Zimamoto. The Commissioner General of the Fire and Rescue Force announces job vacancies for qualified applicants. These positions are available under Section 42(7) of the Fire and Rescue Force Act, Chapter 427.

Mwongozo:: Jinsi ya kutuma maombi ya kazi jeshi la zimamoto 2025

1. Candidates with a Secondary Education Certificate (Form Four)

Applicant Requirements:

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a secondary education certificate (Form Four).
• Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
• Must have a birth certificate or a valid identification document.
• Must be physically fit and have no criminal record.
• Must be willing to adhere to the ethics and regulations of the Fire and Rescue Force.
• Must have a minimum height of 1.7 meters for men and 1.65 meters for women.

2. Candidates with Special Skills

Applicants with expertise in the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Driving heavy-duty vehicles
• Plumbing
• Nursing
• Firefighting and rescue operations
• Helicopter maintenance

Applicant Requirements:

• Must meet all the requirements listed in the first category.
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Must have relevant certificates from recognized institutions proving their skills.

3. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree

Applicants with a degree in the following fields are encouraged to apply:

• Marine Engineering
• Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Languages (English, French, Chinese)
• Information Technology
• Science Education
• Rail Transport Engineering
• Chemical Process Engineering

Applicant Requirements:

• Must meet all the requirements listed in the first category.
• Must be between 18 and 28 years old.

4. Application Process

Applicants must submit their applications through the Fire and Rescue Force online system available at: https://ajira.zimamoto.go.tz before 28 February 2025. Applications must include:

1. A handwritten application letter.
2. A copy of the birth certificate.
3. Copies of academic or professional certificates.
4. A copy of the national identification card (NIDA).
5. An introduction letter from the Ward or Village Executive Officer.

Important Notes:

All applications must meet the required qualifications.

Applications submitted through any other means apart from the online system will not be accepted.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at a later date.

Applicants who do not meet the qualifications should not submit applications.
