Job Purpose

Coretax Africa is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Tax Services to lead tax and transfer pricing engagements, manage client relationships, supervise consulting teams, and support business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services while maintaining the highest professional standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax advisory and compliance engagements.
• Review deliverables and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee proposal development and submission processes.
• Manage client billing and collections.
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise tax professionals.
• Support business development and industry representation activities. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Taxation, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• CPA(T), ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• 6-10 years’ experience in tax advisory, compliance, and transfer pricing.
• Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and international tax principles.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.
