1. POSITION: HEAD OF OPERATION CONTROL CENTRE(OCC-AIRLINE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Flight Operations: Ensure smooth, on-time airline performance.
- Manage Disruptions: Handle delays, diversions, and cancellations.
- Optimize Resources: Schedule crew and aircraft efficiently.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead Crisis Response: Manage emergencies and irregular operations.
- Supervise Team: Coordinate OCC staff and departments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience: Proven background in airline flight operations.
- Strong Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of flight planning and dispatch systems.
- Operational Awareness: Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
- System Proficiency: Experience with PSS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo Travelport).

2. POSITIONS: REVENUE ACCOUNTANT -AIRLINE
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Revenue Streams: Track ticket collection and financial records.
- Reconcile Accounts: Ensure accurate fare collection and financial records.
- Analyze Revenue Data: Identify trends and discrepancies for reporting.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards and airline regulations.
- Support Audits: Prepare financial documents for internal and external audits.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the airline industry, including sales, cargo, and ancillary income.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of airline industry revenue accounting practices.
- Experience with interline agreements and proration is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Experience with airline revenue management systems.
