About Us

St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) is a private higher education institution located in Mwanza, Tanzania. Established in 1998 by the Catholic Bishops of Tanzania, SAUT operates as a secular, nonprofit university. The university’s main campus spans approximately 600 acres in the Nyegezi-Malimbe area, situated about 10 kilometers south of Mwanza City and 4 kilometers off the main Mwanza-Shinyanga road, along the southeastern shores of Lake Victoria.

Academic Structure:

SAUT offers a diverse range of programs across various faculties, including:

• Business Administration: Programs such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and Advanced Diploma in Accountancy.
